You can use this Chrome extension to mass sell your REQs via the Halo Waypoint page. I've found even being proactive about selling everything off in each pack I end up with REQs I don't use that I could convert to RP. You can even tell it to sell off everything at once save n number of REQs to only hit the ones you have too many dupes of. Got 50K RP in a few minutes reclaimed as opposed to spending three times the time selling manually.
