What difficulty level were you using? You only get the Banshee on Heroic and Legendary. I expect that was your problem.

Looks like you had a tough job there; never quite got him down. I remember talking with DJLO about this. He had stuff about making the gold Elite swordless (video and HIH thread). I still need to do my own movie on that.
