lol, yeah I have a 3rd party release section in my personal list, but I figured there could be so many unofficial books/novels/etc, so to me it felt more like a personal wishlist than a reference of 1st party retail literature publications.

But yes, they could be listed as Halo-related items as well. :)

I'd included Halo Effect: An unauthorized look at the most successful video game of all time, Secrets of Halo 2: An inside look at the fantastic Halo universe, and Halo and Philosophy: Intellect Evolved.

Strategy guides I never really considered as ficton literature, and there could be so many 3rd party guides, although iirc there is additional content in some of the official Halo releases that add a bit to the lore. It still just feels more game-specific than story-furthering. *shrug*
