I've checked all the spawns, and tweaked a few, but all of them were facing ways into the core combat space, and none of them were facing teleporters, so idk.
That small platform is the shotgun spawn. The intended flow was to teleport up, grab the shotgun, and jump straight into the central courtyard, but I guess that didn't work out. I've now modified it to include a gravity lift up onto the topmost catwalk, so both teleporters are now viable routes all the way to the top.

I couldn't find this at all. There are no teleporters under buildings, or soft kill zones under buildings. In fact, at the time you played, there was only one soft kill zone on the entire map, which is around a teleporter exit to prevent camping. There are a total of two teleporters: one from the cargo container at the bottom, to the two-storey building higher up; and one from one of the middle tiers to the edge of the topmost tier. Neither of them lead outside the map.
I have added an extra man cannon though, which should improve map mobility, as well as a number of extra weapon spawns for both FFA (DMRs) and Infection (shotguns). Also fixed a couple of ways I found to get onto the surrounding ice walls and further up the wreck than was intended.

It's less that it's a dedicated FFA map, and more that it was already mostly capable of doing FFA since Infection also uses neutral spawns and lacks team bases, so I put in some FFA weapons. It's still sized for large party Infection. That said, I can understand the confusion. Probably my bad for not communicating the map size better.
