Eh, I think you're reaching a bit. If you condense it down to its simple beats, it resembles Halo 4 if you squint at it, I suppose, but they feel completely different to me. A lot of the similarities you're referencing have to do with narrative utility, rather than any similarity—the Composer looks and works nothing like Krall's weapon, for instance.

(Also, Personally, I don't think Into Darkness hit "truther" notes, and I was much more engaged with the film when it was rogue Starfleet agent John Harrison before it regurgitated Star Trek II.)
