Well Forge mode itself is free on PC, so paying to play online with friends doesn't deter me at all. That said, who knows what that will look like yet as I searched for a clear answer and couldn't find one. It could be 'pay to play' customs, multiplayer forge, any online with Xbox players or all online interactions in general. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
