Microsoft E3 speculation?

Yeah, we know that Halo Wars 2 beta will drop and I'm betting on hints at more content for Halo 5, but I'm looking for meaty ideas.

What about Halo 5 fully on PC? It obviously runs on PC considering the forge announcement...
