I doubt that'll happen. Spotify (with background functionality!) is likely going to stay a PS4 exclusive because of the contract that Sony has with the service (Spotify has access to the Sony Music library/catalog).
But who knows, maybe Sony can license it out to Microsoft, since the Xbone already uses the Blu-Ray format...
