Wish I could help or share with you guys in your problems, but the MCC has been working great for me since I got it about a month ago. I mean look at this:

mind you I'm not playing allot of multiplayer due to the fact that I can't really choose what I want to play in what game but I'm seriously having little to zero problems loading campaign and doing co-op stuff with my bro and his offline account.

Maybe the issue is with older Xboxes? I got my XBO about a month ago too and its a brand new model.
