Jorge's helmet is the most beautiful sight I have ever seen.
My Noble Six was in such awe of the SII he donned a set himself, though kept olive drab as his colour.
Reach was honestly the peak of armour customisation. There was enough to satisfy variety, but not too much that things just get saturated like Halo 4 and 5, and the ability to tweak kneeguards, wrist attachments, and toggle between "basic" pieces and versions with attachments is severely missed.
