Nah. That's been around since day one. It works for the most part, but at times, it just refuses to.
: This bug might be new: https://t.co/jVRisqzV1D
I'm not sure what you are referring to here. Sorry.
: This one has been around since Forge was released: https://t.co/YoutMr6pRd
Yep
: These all show what's been happening with groups (one or two demonstrate the
: parent bug, the others show objects being added involuntarily):

Yep. Same on my end. It gets tiresome very quickly.
Due to recent and consistent crashes, I've been making it a habit to save as soon as I make a successful change. That way, if other issues arise, like random grouping, then I can just quit out and restart.
: The group bugs happened at least four attempts in a row, and my map is
: symmetrical so finishing it without groups would be ridiculous, so I gave
: up. I'll probably try again in the next few days and if it happens again
: I'm done with Forge until they fix it (...again).
Yeah. Been in the same boat. Gave up on it for a while, and got back into it after the trees were added. Now I'm already considering giving it a rest again. I've done a Hard Shutdown on my console and that seeeeeeeeems to have fixed the crash issue. Though it did happen once since then. But I managed to get a 2 hour session in w/o a crash. Then it crashed. Acted like it was lagging, WHILE ALONE IN FORGE, and just crashed. I checked my connection while it was acting up and all was well. That tells me it's a server issue. Just another reason Forge should be dependent on the cloud/internet.
It's bad enough that I can't seem to get Scripting to work. I did a simple up, down, repeat test with a small block. It worked perfectly. But when I applied it to a decal or other blocks, the script breaks. Even when it's applied exactly. I know others use Pigs for timers, but that's just a waste of resources for such a simple script setup. I still can not get objects to rotate correctly.
Does anyone know what's up with the new animated pistons? Every time I select one, it shifts. And some don't even animate. The larger ones have a base that will vanish when you get close to them. Sometimes I'm able to pass right through a chroma screen (normal) and other times I can't.
I would have more clips, but I was streaming at the time, which disables "Record That".
Skip up to the 15 minute mark and you'll see the crash, and the random grouping glitch. My frustration becomes abundantly clear at this point of the video.
