I had the chance to meet Jess at 343 and she was awesome, had an incredible energy. She took the time to chat with me one on one when I wanted to pitch some ideas and that was a highlight of the trip--having her sincere attention, especially considering I wasn't nearly as clever of a duck as I thought I was.

She has continued to maintain the title of my favorite community manager, even when she moved on from the position.

To me, Jess is to 343 kind've like Marty is to Bungie. Employees that just became a face of the company.

I hope she goes back to blogging or something because I don't like the idea of no more Jess!
