Just going off of the trailer, 80% of the screen time is given to Promethean enemies. That in itself isn't proof of anything, but coupled with the Promethean/Covenant ratios in Halo 4 and 5, we should all know where this is going. Prometheans are 343's baby, after all, so it makes sense they're featured more prominently.
