Pretty much every game other than H3 has had it's own set of values for multiplayer.
H1 has changes with the PR and Pistol, H2 did their patch which modified accuracy and damage on several weapons, Reach modified it's bloom settings for multiplayer eventually and had campaign and multiplayer specific weapons, H4 had it's patch with different rate of fires and autoaim values for specific guns, and H5 scales damage differently depending on how many players there are in campaign and can silently push changes to weapons properties whenever they like.
