I'm assuming you're talking about multiplayer issues there. Something to do with trying to ensure that there's no significant advantage between playing as a Spartan or as an Elite? If the hunch business (and more) was done just to keep the multiplayer crowd happy, I might be a bit annoyed, since I'm only interested in campaign!
