It doesn't help that 343i and Microsoft are marketing this thing called "Arbiter" basically as Thel 'Vadam yet going around and saying its not Thel but some kind of weird mutant multi-elite that just soo happens to have Thel's one of a kind armor, sword and backstory.

In other words that trailer gave us the fans and everyone else a bad idea of who this is, the vocals should've been cut and should've just gone with some random announcer and more gameplay. that way the anonymity could've been kept and the only complaints would be just the voicing acting and not this new issue along with the voice acting.
