pretty sure I'd remember that
also pretty sure a person's shoulder joint would separate into uselessness before you could apply the force it would take to spin someone's neck around like that, maybe that's why they didn't use it, or the fact that after the animation finishes the model pops back to normal and the head isn't facing backwards
that would be super intimidating though
