While in the Halo Canon video they commented it was a homage to the legendary Achiles himself, the first guy that came to my mind upon reading this is the Meta of Red vs. Blue, who was similarly driven to insanity after having way too many A.I. stuck inside his head and telling him to make them all one. The guy turned into an animal.

So far thee's nothing in official Halo canon mentioning if there's supposed to be a strain in having one or more A.I. operating in there, although to be fair, if you had an A.I. during its' anger phase, it'd understandably tell you to kill everyone.

It'd be like having your own personal O'Malley.
