Between perceived best and, in my opinion, actual best. For example, if I buy a Pink Floyd album and listen to it once, then buy a Katy Perry record and listen to it constantly, can I say Pink Floyd's album is better? Yes, but only with caveats, explaining its merits. Katy Perry's album is *actually* better to me as a person. It needs no explanation, it wore out the needle.

I think people really WANT to like The Witcher 3. They really do...but Halo 5 and Destiny just get more play time, and they don't want to like them, but they do. So, the list seems fine, they just don't like that it's actual reality.
