The guy who won the truck was Strongside. He got it, and ended up putting it up for sale in late 2013. Whatever allegations there were that he cheated, they were obviously never proven.

As for the prize for winning a bit part in Halo 5, I don't see that all in the prize listings. Are you thinking of another contest?
