Get your 60fps worth (Video capture)

Given that Halo 5 runs at 60fps, yet the Xbox DVR only captures in 720p30, I figured that montage or machinima makers might be looking for some options.

Blackmagic released a 4K version of the intensity a while ago, and it's a really cheap way to get 1080p60 and surround sound. It retails for 200 bucks but you can probably swing it a little cheaper. The only downside is that the fan is pretty loud, but it's a great card.

If you have older versions of OS X or editing software, we're starting to see the end of life for the new cards coming out. I think you need 10.9 or greater, and it doesn't easily work with FCP 7.
