: * warzone loadout weapons (AR, recon AR, longshot BR, etc)
: * emblems
: * weapon skins
: * helmets
: * armors
: * visor colors

: The first two categories have LOTS of commons, and for sure constitute the
: bulk of permanent unlocks.

I must be getting lucky then, unless you're guaranteed better unlocks from Gold Packs. I've been opening strictly those, and I've always received armor, helmet, or visor colors. I think I got a few emblems as well. I've received certs, too, but always in addition to two cosmetic items.
