Actually, if you're looking for Warzone Certs...

...bronze is the way to go, at least at first. Certs count as permanent cards, and if your Silver/Gold permanents trickle out certs slowly, your packs tend to get filled with a large amount of the same few items you're eligible for. This ends up leaving you with a large amount of of Mongeese, etc.

I've had pretty good luck getting certs from Bronze packs today. I was able to take the same amount of points that'd net me a Gold pack and 1 cert on average and gain at least about 5 certs.
