I am not as worried because there are like 20-variants of EVA and EVA-like helmets, but it's kinda frustrating opening packs and earning Emblems or Weapon Skins, not actual armor/helmets/assassinations.

I don't know. I still retain my feelings from Halo 4 that Emblems(at least, 95% of them) should be unlocked at the start and you could earn some rare ones through achievements, commendations, or REQs.

Honestly, they should allow you to buy your armor/helmets using REQ points instead of just opening packs and hoping. That's how REAL TCGs tend to work these days, you just go online and buy the few cards you really need and build a deck with packs around it.
