Oh yeah, no. Putting together a film is hard work and always an accomplishment, and so anybody who does that deserves some admiration.

They say you learn from failure, but that's not totally true. You learn from success too. Growing up I made some films that were a little out of my reach and suffered, but I also made some that I thought were pretty good and worked. So did adobe because they gave me an award. Learning how to make something work with what you have is really valuable, and can make sure you're outputting good work, and not just stuff that falls short.

Either way you learn, but one way leaves behind a better record.
