Sorry, Halo 4 and Escalation really convinced me that Jul's Covenant is "The Storm" and I keep forgetting it's not...
Anyways, my point isn't that there are "Storm Elites" fighting with the Arbiter. I am wondering why they used the same models as the majority of the enemy Elites? If you see two Elites fighting, you might not notice which one has the little green arrow over it's head, so you might shoot the wrong guy.
It's hard to tell from the videos I've seen, but is there a noticeable difference in armor?
Such as the Heretics in Halo 2 and how they had really exotic armor to distinguish them from your own Spec. Op Elites.
