You are right. I checked the ftp, and I never uploaded it. I'll get it this weekend, and perhaps the co-op variants as well.

I'm not sure what Louis Wu is willing to host, but I know the HBO cutscene library does not host:

Halo CE in 1080p60
Halo Anniversary in 1080p60
Halo 2 in 1080p60
The missing Halo 3 cutscene, as well as co-op variants in 1080p60
Halo 4 in 1080p60

I think the consensus was that for the first two games, it was unnecessary to host the classic graphics in 1080p / surround. If Louis will host Aniversary in 1080p60, I'll do it eventually. I don't have an Xbox One, so I have to rely on others to bring one over to me when I do captures.

If it happens, it will probably be done at the same time as the Halo 5 cutscenes.
