You have to know the name of the guy you killed or look for your name to know that he was killed. That is very distracting to be the only way to know the guy is dead. Obviously with everyone having a similar name it's harder and may be easier when it's unique names. But that is not a guarantee that the guy you just threw that grenade at it dead behind the wall.
