Well, Mortal Dictata really didn't have Jul in its scope (which is part of the oddness of the K5 trilogy, in that it had to essentially tell three different stories), and we've certainly gotten lots of him in SpOps and Escalation. Although I fear that he might bite in in Halo 5, since everything we've heard makes it sound a lot like The Storm ^{Looks around for Grim} is essentially the last major Covenant faction standing, or at least last anti-Arbiter Elite-led group, and that might mean that Jul is gonna' go down with the rest of his forces.
