I wouldn't hold your breath on that one. I feel like Sprint is something we live with now in console shooters. It's just become a standard part of the package.

I'm okay with it, if only because playing any Halo in the MCC feels so sloooow after coming from Destiny. I think shields not recharging while sprinting will be enough to keep multiplayer from devolving into CoD style sprinting around the map at full speed all the time gameplay.
