-Gameplay in Halo 5 is jarringly different from the cutscene. The cutscene depicted some of the abilities that we have in-game, but you can't replicate that free flowing hyper-choreographed action scene with Halo's slow pace.
It's like seeing Jack tear through YMIR mechs when she broke out of prison in Mass Effect 2.

-It's weird hearing the main character talk outside of gameplay. Tanaka's lines about Sanghelios architecture are great, even if she is filling in for Cortana. Buck's not bad. I think the point of a first-person perspective is to make you feel like the protagonist, and when in-game-you takes an action that on-the-couch-you didn't order, there's a disconnect that breaks the immersion. If this was a third-person shooter like Mass Effect, it wouldn't be so jarring. Or maybe it's just me.

-Graphics are pretty, even if I dislike some of 343i's art decisions.
