REQ Pack Prices?

I'm searching and still not able to find any detail of the price of these REQ packs in Halo 5. I've made up my mind to go digital for the game (it's Halo, I'm never going to get rid of it anyway) and depending on how expensive or cheap the REQ packs are will determine which digital version of the game I get. Right now I'm leaning standard, but if the 14 REQ packs come close to equaling out the price of the digital deluxe then I'm headed that way. Anyone heard anything about these MicroTransactions in a dark, seedy corner of the internet that I'm missing?
