I don't know of any list (that would take a lot of work), but checkpoints are often detailed in my 'Fun' articles, sometimes including pictures of trigger lines or areas. The articles are listed in order of how far through the level things are, which should help if you want to check for a particular area. There are also certain checkpoints mentioned in an article on checkpoint delaying.
