I had some issues with Party Chat disconnecting or crashing. Didn't have any lag in games, but Halo kept saying I had "0 friends online" when Xbox said I had 20-25. Not sure what was going on with it, but it was also pretty slow about sending messages/invites because I'd hear Vagueness say he sent one and 10-mins later, I'd get it.

I gave up and went to bed. Wish I could've played more... :(
