Damn. Enemies already got a boost to their base damage output in Halo 2, and excluding ODST it's stayed at that level every game since. This means you're going to be fragile as hell in Halo 5 on Legendary. The introduction of "downing" to the series may take the edge off of this, but still. We're looking at probably the most powerful enemies in Halo history in Halo 5. I'm definitely not attempting this game on Legendary the first time. I tried that with Reach and it took me 14 hours and I died over 200 times, so I think I'm going to ease into things first to enjoy the story. Heroic for my first playthrough it is, then.
