It'll be interesting. One of the instant immersion-breaking elements of games I don't think have been adequately addressed (if they ever can be) is what happens when you don't move at the pace a developer expects. Halo's generally been a bit better because you're in a military setting, whereas if you set things in a non warzone it becomes instantly much more transparent (witness the souless NPCs in Bioshock Infinite that just squint at you after they've rattled off their bit of dialogue.)

Having Blue Team actually act like people who have known each other almost their whole lives would be a nice change of pace.
