Waypoint says it's "Sunaion", unsure if it's planet or city name. I was under the impression on Sanghelios there weren't cities, just Keeps. If it is Jul' s final stronghold I'm guessing it's far away from Sanghelios, perhaps on Hesduros, otherwise Thel would've probably gone after him earlier.
