I felt the same way at first when they changed Boxer, but got used to the change, and ultimately liked it that way (sprint was B).
Just practice it and it will be second-nature.

All else fails, I'm sure MS is working on a Button-mapping feature like the PS4 has, so you could swap those buttons out yourself.
