To me ODST has always been the easiest Halo campaign—it's the only one I ever started out on Legendary for my first run-through. Aside from Coastal Highway, where things get ridiculously painful fast, I find it a breeze. I think that, despite your weaker stance, the wider FOV, VISR, and awesome pistol make a lot of it fairly breezy (plus you can just run past your fair share, even more son in Mombasa Streets.)
