Original John
Grows up to age-6 on Eridanus II, kidnapped and replaced with the Flash Clone John. Trained to become a Spartan-II and earns the rank of Master Chief. Protagonist of Halo CE, H2, H3, H4, etc.

Flash Clone John
Replaces Original John at Age-6. Dies within a year, because flash-cloning is imperfect and all other flash clones died within similar spans.

New John
Lived on Eridanus II until Age-12+. Boxed with High Schoolers, teacher believed him to be Original John, indicating that Flash Clone John's death was not made known.
