We had to add that rule after several players, who had been trolling, booted the entire lobby except themselves. I have been trying to remove the "admins only" policy but Vagueness feels it is still necessary and we tend to compromise and let trusted regulars have the party lead.

Its important that no one is booted except as a last resort. We have had problems with people being booted unfairly(myself being part of the problem, back in the day,) and players trying to keep the lobby "pure HBO" instead of open to everyone.

I hope that clears up our policy and why it was necessary when originally implemented.
