Your client, Morhek, was found with a smoking M6D in their hand and the body with 7-bullet holes. However, we all know that no descent Halo player would fire 7-shots into the body of another when we all know 3-head shots are an instant kill.
Normally, one would then conclude that General Vagueness, with a passion for Blamite, would have fired the 7-shots with his Needler to cause death. This is not the case!
Not only was the body not damaged by a supercombine, but DMR casings and a Top Hits of the 80's cassette tape was found at the scene.
I move to prosecute Shadow of the Void, who was mysteriously absent during the time of the incident(which was Customs Night,) for which myself and Vagueness have an alibi.
