To me Spartan smacks of a powered tank. I don't want a powered tank for a browser, no matter how agile it is =/
I just want a tough shell, fit with all the features to handle the web properly, securely, smoothly, follows standards, and is flexible enough to install addons without issue or crashing the application, and if there's a problem it deals with it in a 'friendly', concise, appropriate way and still gets the job done.

...ok maybe Spartan isn't so bad.
I just hate the tank bit. :P
