Ultimately I'm not bothered by the perceived "dudebro" nature of the animation; for me it simply feels like the process of the game has been slowed down. I want to be in and out of matches ASAP, and while they may just be covering up loading screens they feel like they drag down the pace (especially when you then just get dumped into the game without a real countdown.)
