The most obvious result of this is that Rally Point Firefight has the only destructible Phantoms in Firefight. Every other Firefight map has invincible Phantoms. The easiest way to destroy them is to do the Wraith hijack trick and then shoot the Phantom down.

Conversely, Rally Point's area in Campaign has the only invincible Phantoms in the entirety of campaign.
