Universal Default Button combo:
RB, LB, A, Both Joysticks, and Down on the D-Pad.

Convert to Bumper Jumper:
RB, X, Y, B, Both Joysticks, Down on the D-Pad.

Basically, once you figure out what buttons need pushing (ex. fire weapon, jump, and crouch) then you can convert it to your personal control scheme.
