It seems that, by default, objects that are scripted to be toggled do NOT spawn until triggered.

So if I want to spawn a box 1x1, I can go and push the button to spawn it. Then, push it again to de-spawn it. But I can't, for example, start a game with it already spawned and push a button to turn it off. At least, I haven't figured out how to do so yet.

Basically, some scripted objects cannot spawn until triggered.
