The only campaign issue I've had is that occasionally allies won't follow me in H2 during mission where they're supposed to. Sometimes they just mull around where they've spawned and don't move forward.

Finally got all the terminals working in the campaign, but now it's telling me that I still have to find all the terminals in H2A to unlock Terminal 14? Even though the rest are unlocked on the Halo Channel...
