I'm not saying that one side is righter than the other; I'm not commenting on what it means that the arbitrator has forced Bungie do undo something they did when Marty got fired.

I'm simply asking people to remember that this discussion, here, is taking place in an echo chamber, of sorts; you're hearing only your own viewpoints. We don't know all of the facts, and as I read through the thread, it seems that people are basically building on the existing posts. There is a danger to that; there are almost certainly two sides to this story (maybe more!), and we haven't heard either of them, really. We've seen only the indirect results of the parts that have been made public.

I'm not saying you shouldn't be upset that Bungie tried to take Marty's shares - just that unless you know more about the backstory than I do, you don't have enough information to say what's fair, and WHY things are happening. (I certainly don't have enough information to make that judgement.)
