I don't think I've ever seen Shadow do that. Like, he's got anti-TK principles, even when we're goofing off in campaign.
: And almost always quitting games (even
: though your team was winning) because you kept getting killed by a sniper
: or something else.
I don't think I've seen him ragequit all that many times.
: And mowing down players who are less skilled then
: you.
When people argue that balance is nice, they're not saying that everyone should always have equal in-game performance with everyone else. I'm not sure what point you're making here.
: but you ALWAYS
: refuse to play truly balanced games like Swat, FFA, or Snipers.
Probably for other reasons? FFA is able to be balanced, but it's usually very chaotic. Swat and snipers can be balanced, but they're also a massive divergence from Halo's core gameplay.
Nobody is arguing that balance is sufficient for a competitive game to be enjoyable.
: Otherwise, if you have so much trouble with being
: "PPed" (still makes me smile) then just don't get into a power
: vehicle. You clearly don't need it to keep your K/D up.
It's a part of gameplay, though. If you avoid a massive facet of a game's gameplay because you don't think it works very well, and it's a part of a cohesive whole, avoiding it is going to drag down the whole.
You're effectively saying that if you don't like Halo 4's mechanics, you shouldn't play Halo 4. Which is an agreeable point, but in light of Halo 4's online population, perhaps not quite what you were aiming for.
